Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with experts across multiple industrial, professional and technical domains using personal contacts, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Engage experts and onboard them to the company’s platform, ensuring smooth registration and profile completion.
- Schedule and coordinate expert sessions, managing communication and logistics for seamless execution.
- Oversee and facilitate recorded sessions with experts, ensuring high-quality content capture and documentation.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with expert details, session records, and engagement history.
- Allocate and manage studio spaces efficiently, ensuring proper scheduling and optimal resource utilization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of expert interactions and recording sessions.
- Monitor industry trends and expert availability to enhance the network and engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with experts to build long-term professional relationships and retention.
- Generate reports on expert engagement metrics and session performance for management review.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in expert connect, talent acquisition, business development, or related fields.
- Skills & Competencies:

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) for professional outreach.
- Experience with CRM tools and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in media coordination or studio management is a plus.
- A proactive and persuasive approach to expert engagement and collaboration.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
