**Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic **QA Intern** to join our product and engineering team. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with developers and product managers to ensure the quality and functionality of our platforms and APIs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in testing real-world software products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with QA engineers to design test plans and test cases for web and API products.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
- Document and report bugs clearly using tools like JIRA or similar.
- Assist in regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and smoke testing.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
- Learn and work with automation tools or frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in software quality assurance and testing.
- Basic understanding of software development and QA lifecycle.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman (for APIs) or browser dev tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**
- Exposure to writing test scripts or basic automation (Selenium, Python/Java).
- Knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP methods.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
