**Role Brief**

To teach All Subjects (Physics, Mathematics, and Economics) to CBSE students at secondary level (TGT).

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Materials**: Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that are aligned with curriculum standards.
- **Differentiate Instruction**: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment by establishing clear expectations and managing student behaviour effectively.
- **Evaluate Student Progress**: Assess student's academic performance through tests, quizzes, projects, and other forms of evaluation.
- **Provide Feedback**: Offer constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and skills.
- **Monitor Well-being**: Observe and support student's social and emotional development, addressing any concerns with appropriate interventions.
- **Communication with Parents**: Regularly communicate with parents or guardians about their child's academic progress, behaviour, and any concerns.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PGT/TGT teacher in CBSE schools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction.
