**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Implement modern teaching methods to deliver lessons effectively.
- Assist students in solving 11th, 12th board test papers.
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring as required to support students' learning.

**Curriculum & Content Development**:

- Create and maintain course materials, study notes, worksheets, and practice tests for 11th, 12th board.
- Design and deliver periodic assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to gauge students' progress.
- Ensure the curriculum is in alignment with 11th, 12th board exam trends and syllabi.

**Academic Guidance**:

- Guide and mentor students for effective exam preparation, time management, and stress management.
- Identify areas of improvement for each student and provide personalized strategies for success.
- Motivate students to achieve their academic goals and excel in 11th, 12th board.

**Progress Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Keep track of students’ academic progress and provide regular feedback.
- Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings to update them on student performance.
- Maintain detailed records of each student’s progress, assignments, and test results.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in 11th, 12th board exam patterns, educational techniques, and advancements in the teaching field.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training to continuously improve teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum -5 years of teaching experience for 11th, 12th board.
- Previous experience as a PGT teacher in a reputed school or educational institution is an added advantage.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills to build a rapport with students.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Patience and passion for teaching.
