**Job Description: Account Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.

2. Utilize SAP software to maintain financial records and process transactions.

3. Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

4. Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

6. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.

3. Proficiency in SAP software and advanced Excel skills.

4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

9. Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work well under pressure.

10. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,459.10 - ₹45,490.25 per month
