**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide menu recommendations.
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and special promotions.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Issue receipts and process refunds or exchanges as required.
- **Sales Promotion**:

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Inform customers about daily specials, loyalty programs, or promotional offers.
- **Order Management**:

- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized cash counter and dining area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Report low stock or equipment issues to the manager.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Create a positive experience to encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a cashier, sales executive, or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.

**Working Conditions**
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- May require occasional lifting of items up to 15 kg.
