The MIS Specialist 5 performs relatively complex assignments. Has direct impact on the business by ensuring the quality of the tasks or services provided. Works under little to no direct supervision. May service an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services. Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives. Understands how assigned duties contribute to the work of the team/unit and how the units coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve the objectives of the function. Ensures the quality and service of self and others. May recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with guidelines. Requires tact and diplomacy when exchanging complex or sensitive information with others. Is sensitive to audience diversity. Basic knowledge of the organization, the business and its policies required. Typically responsible for resolving basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedence. Able to assess applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gathers critical, real-time and historical data, and provide adhoc reporting.
- Creates, tracks, and maintains automated solutions ensuring COB process enables/supports production of critical reports. Creates complex charting/graphing of data for presentation purposes.
- Makes decisions within established guidelines with little to no direct supervision.
- Supports an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated computer skills, in particular, Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
- General knowledge of Banking products and practices
- High responsibility, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

This position is responsible for the generation, tracking, and submission of financial reports in coordination with the Global MIS Team. The overall objective of this role is to accurately prepare and report financial transaction data used for business analytics and decision-making. Project work may be necessary at times, along with data entry, procedure writing, and streamlining reporting functions. This position also entails, interacting with all levels of management on a daily basis while reviewing processes to identify possible efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for various groups (Global Billing, Accounting CitiFT, FTN)
- Track completed reporting activities
- Act as a liaison between report recipients and data source contacts
- Complete FTN account maintenance requests (account openings, account closings)
- Bring all reporting issues to the attention of management
- Daily navigation of Access Databases and Excel Spreadsheets
- Support to Global Fee Statements
- Troubleshooting simple run-time errors
- Adhoc projects/responsibilities
- Report correction testing
- Light database testing

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Operations environment
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Access
- Knowledge of VBA and Structured Query Language (SQL) experience preferred
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

**Education Qualifications**:

- Graduate from any stream
- MBA degree will be an added advantage
