**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the B2B segment.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, providing solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and execute plans to increase market share and brand visibility in the B2B space.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and standards.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of FMCG products, market dynamics, and sales techniques.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to handle high-level negotiations and close deals effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
