**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Administration**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a professional work environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Managing Director.
2. **Secretarial Support**:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
3. **Communication Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
4. **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
