**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests. Provide accurate, timely solutions to customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

Educate customers about the company’s products or services, explaining features, benefits, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and concise manner.

Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution details in the system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Actively promote and recommend additional products or services to customers based on their needs, aiming to meet sales targets or enhance customer experience.

Identify complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or senior management for further resolution, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
