Profile - Logistic Supervisor (Dispatch)

Location - South Delhi, Okhla, Phase - ll

Experience - 5 to 8 Years

Salary - 15k to 22k (Per Month)

Job description

Explore and co-ordinate with transporters & road couriers for timely and accurate material dispatch.

Liaise and negotiate the transportation charges, tall charges and other charges with transporters & road

carriers for reasonable dispatch.

Strategically plan and manage logistic activity to minimize the extra freight charges.

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Arrange the systematic logistics planning with dispatch supervisor for smooth operation.

Idea and knowledge of multi dispatching like road, air, train.

Follow-up & Tracking the material.

Arranging the Transport.

Checking the Wight and dimension of the parcel.

Supervising the material loading and unloading.

Knowledge of Zoho inventory.

Checking Invoice and E-Way bill of sales.

Managing the Courier of partners throw the various courier service like (DTDC, BlueDart, Delivery,

Trackon, Logistic, Maruti and many more local Vendors.)

Checking Transporter and Courier vendors monthly invoices.

Must Have knowledge on Porter App.

Knowledge about material management systems

**Salary**: ₹13,834.16 - ₹23,833.02 per month
