DNAScale is expanding its team in Mohali and looking for talented individuals to fill these key roles:1️⃣ Dispatch Supervisor What You’ll Do: ✔ Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring smooth freight movement. ✔ Lead and mentor a team of dispatchers & coordinators. ✔ Resolve operational issues and optimize route planning. ✔ Maintain strong relationships with drivers, clients and carriers.Requirements: ✅ 3+ years in Canadian/US trucking dispatch/logistics (supervisory experience preferred). ✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills. ✅ Excellent communication (verbal & written).2️⃣ Dispatch Coordinator What You’ll Do: ✔ Manage driver assignments, schedules and real-time tracking. ✔ Coordinate between shippers, carriers and customers. ✔ Ensure compliance with Canadian/US trucking regulations. ✔ Handle load planning and troubleshoot delays.Requirements: ✅ 1+ year in Canadian/US dispatch. ✅ Proactive, detail-oriented and great under pressure. ✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.Why Join DNAScale?
