A telemarketing or telecalling executive typically has the following job description:

- **Outbound Calls**: Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients from a provided list or database.
- **Product or Service Promotion**: Introducing and promoting products or services to prospects over the phone.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Generating leads and maintaining a database of prospective customers through cold calling or warm calling techniques.
- **Sales Support**: Providing support to the sales team by setting up appointments, sending information or samples, and following up with customers to close deals.
- **Data Management**: Updating customer information in the database accurately and maintaining call records.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- **Script Adherence**: Following pre-designed scripts or guidelines for conducting calls while also being able to adapt to different situations and handle objections effectively.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during calls.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Providing feedback to supervisors on customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement. Also, preparing reports on call activity, sales, and conversions.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions, track progress, and update information.
- **Continuous Learning**: Keeping updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance effectiveness in customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,159.12 - ₹28,541.19 per month
