**Position**: Imports Executive - Purchasing Machine Tools

**Location**: Chimbli, Pune, Maharashtra

**Salary**: 30k to 40k Per Month

**Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in import purchasing, international procurement.

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree

**Skills**: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Identify and develop relationships with international suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, and delivery timelines.
- Issue purchase orders and contracts for overseas procurement.
- Track shipments and liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clearing agents.
- Ensure all import documentation (LCs, invoices, packing lists, Coo, B/L, etc.) is in order.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Warehouse, Production) for timely inventory planning.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or compliance.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT policies, and other import-related legal norms.
- Analyze and report on procurement cost, lead times, and supplier performance.
- Stay updated on currency fluctuations, trade regulations, and geopolitical impacts on imports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
