Facilitate and Implement the process and controls to Increase revenue

Control branch expenses to ensure the branch is operating as a profit centre

Impliment Credit controls to reduce Receivable days to 30 days/as approved from HQ - Open Market & Branch

Submit correct & timely MIS on Weekly Outstanding, Collection Plan & Follow Up, Cash and Carry statement, Ledger Statements, Outstanding etc. and deposit the collections as approved and intimate HQ

Proper sales invoicing with applicable GST, Rates, Discounts with proper approval and Issue of credit/debit notes with proper approvals & documents in complaince with applicable Tax regulations

Provide required details in time to Internal & Statutory Auditors in respective area to ensure no serious adverse remarks by Auditors, implement suggesstions and provide input for ATR in time

Ensure proper storing of inventory and depatch on FIFO basis with required documents, to ensure proper aging on montly inventory reports

Reduce Inventory to 15 days - in Branch

Error free Montly & Quarterly closing of accouts in time & support HO Branch Reconciliation to close the Accounts in time

Implement alphanumeric code for all files under control, to keep and update the files under custody with required data, documents, attachments, approvals etc on realtime basis and submit monthly documents to HO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
