**Your Role**:
We are seeking an organized and energetic Business Admin to manage office operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR and administrative tasks. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth communication between employees and management and supporting various HR functions, including travel coordination, event planning, and logistics.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintain a well-organized and presentable office environment.
- Coordinate pre
- and post-onboarding processes, including background verifications, ID cards, swags, and logístical arrangements.
- Book travel arrangements and coordinate with vendors for office supplies and swag logistics.
- Schedule and manage meetings with stakeholders.
- Generate reports on HR-related processes as needed.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, team-building activities, and office events.
- Manage and maintain inventory for the office pantry, ensuring it is well-stocked with essential supplies. Coordinate and organize office lunches to facilitate team collaboration and morale.
- Manage internal documents and office equipment inventory.
- Oversee office expenditures and process expense reports.
- Participate in and support HR projects and initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Graduation or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1+ years in an office admin, manager, or HR operations role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs - tech-savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, creative problem-solver, and able to work independently.
- Energetic and positive in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
