**Company Description ;**

**Role Description**:
As an ASO Specialist at Outthinking, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the visibility and discoverability of our mobile apps across various app stores. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing ASO strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive app growth.
- **The mobile experience is a must, with a deep understanding of iOS and Android app stores.**

**Educational Background**:

- **Bachelor's **or **Master's degree **in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field **(B.Tech /B.E or M.Tech)**only.

**Skills required**:

- Keyword Research
- Utilizing various content and visual tools
- Data analysis
- Reporting and Editing
- ASO experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile digital marketing and ASO

**Requirements**:

- 0.6-1 years of experience in ASO, mobile marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on mobile apps.
- A strong understanding of Keyword research.
- Proven knowledge & experience of mobile platforms and technologies
- Strong understanding of mobile user behaviour and app store ecosystem.
- Proficiency in ASO tools and platforms, such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Google Play Console.
- Experience conducting ASO experiments and analyzing performance metrics using statistical methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

**Mode - WORK FROM OFFICE**

**Experience - within 1 year (0.6 - 1 year)**
**Location - Bengaluru**
**Salary Package: 2.5lpa _3.6lpa (depending on their Interview Performance)**
**Experience Package - Up to 4. LPA**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹380,667.80 per year
