**Required Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT architecture or consulting roles, with at least 3+ years focused on Azure.
- VMware Expertise: Strong experience in VMware modernization, with knowledge of Azure VMware Solution (AVS), vSphere, vSAN, and NSX.
- Landing Zone Design: Demonstrated experience designing and building Azure landing zones, leveraging Azure Policy, Azure Blueprints, and Azure Security Center to create secure multi-account architectures.
- Cloud Migration: Extensive experience with cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and tools such as Azure Migrate, ASR (Azure Site Recovery), and database migration tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with key Azure services (VMs, Storage, Networking, Active Directory, Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like ARM templates, Bicep, and Terraform.
- Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of Azure security services and compliance frameworks, including IAM policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and data protection best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud strategies, including on-premises integrations and multi-cloud setups.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or other relevant Azure certifications are highly preferred
