**Responsibility**
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Project coordinator.
- Researching target audience by demographics, pinpointing their needs and adapting campaigns accordingly.
- Organizing and attending meetings or event at key locations across the India.
- Building and maintaining key relationships with clients and vendors.
- Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.

**Essential Skills**
- Proven experience as **marketing executive** or similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with the architecture field and services market.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable**
- Proven experience as **marketing executive** or similar role.
- India based travel required to meeting from time to time.
- Permanent and full time position.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in human resources.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
