**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation & Management**: Lead content creation for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and other marketing channels. Develop creative campaigns, posts, graphics, and videos that align with the brand voice.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage daily social media activities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Implement strategies for growth, engagement, and community building.
- **SEO & SEM**: Oversee SEO efforts to increase organic reach, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and content optimization. Manage Google Ads and other paid campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and brand guidelines.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Proven Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, and digital campaign execution.
- **Platform Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), content management systems, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
- **Creative Mindset**: Strong creative abilities with experience in developing engaging copy and designing visuals (basic design skills required, Photoshop/Canva proficiency is a plus).
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies for better performance.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in all marketing materials.
- **Self-Starter**: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
