- Taking orders: Telecallers take orders for products and services over the phone.
- Handling inquiries: Telecallers handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintaining records: Telecallers maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a database. They may also maintain daily call records and submit daily progress reports.
- Adapting sales pitches: Telecallers may memorize scripts and customize them for clients based on the situation. They may also modify sales pitches in response to customer demand.
- Meeting targets: Telecallers may have sales targets to meet or exceed.
- Staying updated: Telecallers may need to stay updated with market trends.
- Following guidelines: Telecallers may need to adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology.
