**Tele Caller (Female - Office Based)**

**Location**: Newtown, Kolkata

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year in Tele Calling/Customer Support/Inside Sales
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for product introductions.
- Set appointments for the marketing executive's demo visits.
- Handle inbound queries and maintain call logs.
- Maintain database of leads, update follow-up details, and coordinate with the field sales team.
- Provide basic product information and customer support over the phone.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in tele calling or customer service.
- Clear and confident communication in Hindi, English, and local language.
- Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
- Polite, professional, and goal-oriented.
