At **Flo Mobility**, we specialize in building robots for the construction industry. Our innovative technology is designed to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve on-site safety by automating manual processes. We are a fast-paced, hands-on team working at the intersection of robotics, logistics, and field execution.

**High-performing interns will be offered a full-time position at the end of the internship based on task accomplishment and performance.**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Intern** to support our expanding field operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world operations, from manpower coordination to logistics and performance tracking. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across multiple project sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Talent Support & Onboarding**
- Source, hire, and onboard field operators
- Maintain operator documentation and ensure a smooth induction process

**2. Training & Development**
- Coordinate and support operator training sessions
- Ensure adherence to standard procedures and safe machine operations

**3. Operational Logistics**
- Assist in ensuring the timely delivery of spares and equipment to project sites
- Coordinate logistics between HQ and field locations

**4. Payroll & Attendance Coordination**
- Track daily operator attendance across sites
- Support preparation of monthly payroll and client invoicing
- Maintain organized records for internal audits and reporting

**5. On-Ground Operations Support**
- Monitor and support daily operator workflows
- Resolve on-site issues in coordination with the central team
- Contribute to ensuring task timelines and operational efficiency

**Good to Have**:

- Prior experience in operations or field coordination
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic reporting tools
