Job Description Roles & Responsibilities
- Escalating all unresolved grievances of the parents to the RO for prompt resolution.
- Generating parent delight by ensuring high responsiveness and closing the loop with parent on all issues and keeping them updated.
- Efficiently guiding the parents on school systems and process and ensuring that the repository of updated information is available at all point in time.
- Handling the queries of the parents and ensuring that each parent interface ends with solutions.
- Being a central point of contact for all Leaving Certificate Request i.e. Verification of LC request forms, Request Generation, Intra department liasioning etc.

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Recording all grievance / LC Applications tracker as per the process guidelines.
- Maintaining complete and accurate data.
- Timely reporting of the internal generated reports e.g. customer enquiry and follow up trackers to the RO basis the internal agreed turnaround time.
- Scrutinizing and maintaining all document records.
- Being an effective planner and organise the day to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
- Being an active participant in School events.

Work Relations:

- Reporting to the Principal of the centre functionally and for all administrative issues.
- Interfacing with all departments Academic /Non-Academic for any operational issue/s.
- Interfacing with potential and existing parents.

Experience

2 - 5 Years of experience

Experience in Education industry preferred.

Qualification

Post Graduate preferred, Graduation is a must.

- Strong conviction skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/processes.
- Ability to prioritise workload; work effectively under pressure and stringent deadlines.
- Ability to present, discuss and respond to customer enquiries
- Exceptional time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong Oral & Written Communication.
- Excellent Team Player.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
