You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 10+ years of technical experience in commercial/enterprise software development using C#.NET with 2 years as Scrum Master
- Demonstrate an understanding of Scrum, with experience on a scrum team. Experience with other practices aligned with Agile/XP/Lean/Azure DevOps is favourable
- People management experience
