**About the Company**:

SMT delivers surface enhancement solutions using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating processes customized to individual requirements. The Co. has been catering to a wide spectrum of industries since 2004; offering both standard as well as tailor-made coating solutions to augment the performance of various cutting tools, dies, moulds as well as components used in engineering, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries.

Headquartered in Mumbai, the company had units at 4 locations and employs more than 400 employees.

**About the Job**:Due to the expansion of work and a new Factory setup, we are seeking experienced IT support personnel to manage all the IT infrastructure and ERP setup of the company's plant in Bangalore.
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the factory site
- Manage installation, configuration & troubleshooting of various operating systems
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other processes
- Perform backups of users and management data.
- Windows patch update, updating antivirus up to date, and managing the logs
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance of hardware on regular basis
- **Handling implementation of the ERP**
- Data migration, production support, **report building** for the site.

**Job Specifications**
- Diploma or engineering graduate with min experience of 3-5 years.
- Experience in technology around Cloud / Oracle Application ERP R12 that contains Finance /SCM /ERP Cloud/SCM Cloud /HCM Cloud/ Business Intelligence/EPM/FMW/IDM/PeopleSoft/OTM/Database
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze, research and solve Technical and project-related problems.
- Conversant with PowerPoint, excel, or any computer certifications.
- Good Communication skills, Coordination, and Negotiation skills
