*Job Summary:*

As a Senior Barista Captain, you will lead a team of baristas in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the coffee bar, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will oversee training and development initiatives for the barista team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Team Leadership:* Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of baristas to ensure efficient and effective operations.

2. *Quality Control:* Ensure consistency and quality in coffee preparation, including brewing techniques, espresso extraction, milk frothing, and beverage presentation.

3. *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

4. *Inventory Management:* Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.

5. *Training and Development:* Train new baristas on standard operating procedures, coffee brewing techniques, customer service protocols, and product knowledge. Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of existing team members.

6. *Scheduling:* Create and manage barista schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs.

7. *Equipment Maintenance:* Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to health and safety standards.

8. *Menu Development:* Collaborate with management to develop and update the coffee menu, including seasonal offerings and specialty drinks.

9. *Sales and Upselling:* Encourage upselling of additional items such as pastries, sandwiches, and merchandise to maximize sales revenue.

10. *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies at all times.

*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate team members.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

*Education:*
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification in coffee brewing or hospitality management preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
