We're now hiring a professional **female telecaller** who is confident, well-spoken in English, and has experience in handling premium clientele.
**Responsibilities**:
- Call potential customers to generate sales leads and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and fluency.
- Clearly explain marble products, pricing, and offerings to customers.
- Schedule showroom visits or virtual meetings for interested leads.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions and timely support.
- Build rapport with architects, interior designers, and dealers over calls.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant marble solutions.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in telecalling, sales, or customer handling.
- Graduate (any stream)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, Excel, and basic phone apps.
