- **Seminars and Workshops**:
- Organize and conduct engaging seminars, workshops, and presentations to showcase our offerings to students, faculty, and college management.
- Provide insightful demonstrations of our products and explain how they can enhance the learning experience.
- Build relationships with key academic stakeholders to increase product awareness.
- **Lead Generation & Relationship Management**:
- Generate and manage leads through direct outreach, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions and key decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and educational needs to offer the most relevant solutions.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct on-the-ground research to understand the needs and preferences of the academic institutions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and progress on college tie-up initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, target achievements, and market feedback.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and objectives.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improvements to product offerings based on customer feedback and market insights.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in field sales, preferably in the education sector or technology-related sales.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in any field. Prior experience or interest in education and technology is a plus.
- **Travel**: Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region to visit colleges and universities.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Familiarity with EdTech products and digital learning tools.
- Knowledge of the academic structure, decision-making processes, and pain points in educational institutions.
- Previous experience in conducting educational seminars, workshops, or product demos is a plus.
- Well-versed in the local language and must possess a two-wheeler for daily commute.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
