**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers on a variety of projects. You will assist in the design, development, and documentation of architectural plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects in the design process, contributing creative ideas and solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site analysis and research zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the creation of 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Support project management efforts by tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design intent and responding to feedback.
- Conduct materials research and contribute to sustainable design practices.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, fostering open communication and idea sharing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for innovative design and sustainability.
