Site Supervisior

**Experience Required: 3-5 Years**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities for solar installation, commissioning, and maintenance work.
- Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers for smooth site operations.
- Monitor workforce, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Maintain site records including attendance, material usage, daily progress reports, and work permits.
- Inspect quality of work and ensure adherence to technical standards and solar installation guidelines.
- Verify delivery and utilization of solar modules, inverters, batteries, cables, and other materials.
- Resolve site-level issues and escalate major concerns to project management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and monitor PPE usage.
- Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of solar projects.
- Maintain good coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular site updates and MIS reports to management.

**Key Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of **solar PV systems** (modules, inverters, mounting structures, DC/AC wiring).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of **electrical safety standards** and solar installation guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and hands-on approach at the site.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
