1. SHOULD HAVE 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR FITOUT AND SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN 2D DESIGNING AND SHOULD KNOW HINDI & ENGLISH AND SHOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL TO ALL SITES.
- Good coordinating skills.
- Should be able to handle the site independently.
- Should be well versed with the responsibilities of a site supervisor.
- Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Liasoning with owners and sub-contractors.
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet deadlines.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Well versed with excel.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
