**Job Title**: Revenue Growth Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Demonstration & Client Interaction**:

- Lead engaging and customized product demos of the HIMS software for potential clients, ensuring that each demonstration emphasizes the software’s key features and benefits, tailored to meet the client’s unique needs. Clearly communicate how the solution improves efficiency and enhances patient care.
- **Implementation & System Integration Support**:

- Facilitate the seamless implementation of HIMS software across client healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth integration with their current infrastructure while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
- Work closely with the team to identify and resolve any technical challenges during the implementation phase, ensuring that all issues are swiftly addressed for optimal client satisfaction.
- **GAP Analysis & Operational Improvement**:

- Assist in conducting in-depth GAP analysis at client sites to assess current workflows and identify inefficiencies. Provide actionable insights and process improvement strategies that boost operational performance, enabling clients to deliver better healthcare services.
- **Enhancing Processes & Aligning with NABH Standards**:

- Support clients in optimizing their internal processes to enhance productivity and quality of care. Ensure effective implementation of NABH standards to maintain compliance with national healthcare guidelines while improving the overall service quality and patient outcomes.
- **Training & Knowledge Transfer**:

- Provide comprehensive training sessions for healthcare staff, including doctors and administrators, to ensure they can effectively utilize the HIMS software. Empower clients by providing the necessary skills and knowledge to maximize the software’s impact on patient care and organizational efficiency.
- Guide clients through the adoption of NABH standards, helping them to integrate best practices and achieve regulatory compliance.
- **Client Profiling & Partnership Development**:

- Aid in the creation and management of detailed client profiles for corporate empanelment, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and timely. Foster long-lasting relationships with healthcare organizations to ensure a strong and mutually beneficial partnership.
- **Customer Support & Relationship Building**:

- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively resolving issues. Foster deep, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and confidence in using HIMS software.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide continuous support, ensuring they always feel supported and capable of fully utilizing the software’s capabilities.
- **Progress Reporting & Performance Monitoring**:

- Prepare detailed reports for the Reporting Officer on project progress, client interactions, and milestones achieved. Highlight any challenges or successes encountered, offering transparent insights into the project’s development and maintaining alignment with client goals.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in business development, customer support, or sales, particularly in healthcare or software industries, with a strong focus on client relationship management.
- Familiarity with HIMS software and a solid understanding of NABH standards is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner to clients at various organizational levels.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges, always focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other tools for tracking client relationships, managing progress, and reporting on project outcomes.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed to provide on-site support, training, and assistance to ensure successful implementation and project success.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
