- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (corporate and individual).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle both B2B and B2C clients efficiently.
