Guest Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and work to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Maintain a positive relationship with guests and ensure their comfort during their stay.
- Assist in guest check-ins/check-outs and provide information about the property and local attractions.
- Ensure guest feedback is collected and addressed to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in the hotel system.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or front office.
- Excellent **English speaking skills** and strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in **MS Office** and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong **guest handling and complaint resolution** skills.
- Good **convincing and interpersonal skills** to create a welcoming environment.
