**Job Title: Online Personal Trainer/Movement Teacher**

**What You’ll Do**
- Teach dynamic, engaging 1-1 personalized **online** movement sessions via **Zoom**, blending physical exploration, strength, coordination, and creativity.
- Incorporate principles from multiple disciplines (strength, mobility, breathwork, coordination, etc.).
- Guide clients in developing body awareness and improving movement quality.
- Customize sessions based on client goals, skill levels, and needs.
- Design group classes, private sessions, or workshops aligned with Movementor’s holistic values.
- Provide a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning space.

**Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves)**
- Strong background in one or more of the following**:Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Hand Balancing, Coordination Training, Somatics, Breathwork, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Dance, ETC.**:

- Comfortable teaching **live classes on Zoom**. Must have:

- A **good webcam**:

- **Good lighting setup**:

- **Adequate space** to demonstrate and train
- **Minimum 100 Mbps WiFi** for smooth, lag-free sessions
- A **quiet environment** free from distractions
- **Clear audio quality** (Bonus if using headset/mic)
- Passion for teaching and helping others.
- Working knowledge of **progressions and regressions** for all key movements.
- Clear understanding of **body mechanics, joint health, and injury prevention.**:

- Reliable, responsible, and committed to consistent teaching.
- Strong communication skills **(proficient in English**) and adaptability across varied client backgrounds.

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points If You)**:

- Follow or are inspired by Ido Portal or pioneers in the movement space.
- Explore creative disciplines such as **floorwork, hand balancing, object manipulation**, **locomotion, or animal flow**.
- Can design progressive mobility & strength programs (splits, levers, backbends, dynamic movement, etc.).
- Have experience in **partner-based movement** (acro-yoga, contact improv, martial arts sparring).
- Are trained in **breathwork, body scan meditations**, or somatic awareness methods.
- Have worked extensively with **injury prevention** and **rehab**, including **post-surgery recovery protocols**.
