**Job Title: Accounts Executive - Fresher**

**Reports To**: CFO

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Record journal entries and update financial data in databases.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Help in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Support the senior accountants in handling invoices, payments, and expenses.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally / ERP / any accounting software (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.

**Preferred**:

- Internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Understanding of Indian Taxation (GST, TDS) is an advantage.
