**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for the team and instructors.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
**Student Engagement**:Interact with students, parents, and guardians to address questions, provide information about our programs, and offer support.
Guide students through the enrollment process, explaining requirements and assisting with paperwork.
**Enrollment and Records**:Maintain accurate student records, enrollment data, and attendance records using our systems.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
**Event Coordination**:Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing workshops, seminars, and events for students and parents.
Handle logistics, materials, and communication related to events.
**Communication Hub**:Serve as a communication bridge between students, instructors, and management, ensuring effective information flow.
Address concerns, feedback, and inquiries, providing timely and suitable solutions.
**Operational Support**:Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, including class scheduling, materials distribution, and facility management.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
**Student Support**:Address and resolve student-related issues, providing guidance and support throughout their educational journey.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, record-keeping, and event coordination.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service to students and their families.
- Problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and find suitable solutions.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset within a team-oriented environment.
