
Receptionist/office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception and Front Desk**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Maintain schedules and coordinate appointments for clients, staff, or visitors.
- **Telecalling / Customer Interaction**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing queries and offering relevant information.
- Conduct follow-up calls, customer surveys, and handle appointment reminders.
- **Video Making & Content Creation**:
- Assist with creating video content for the company’s marketing and internal communication needs.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support as required, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and presentations.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and assist with ordering when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma
- **Skills & Attributes**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for handling counselling duties.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Canva etc.) or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- A pleasant and professional appearance with a welcoming personality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
