We are looking for a visionary **Art Director** to lead our creative team in crafting compelling and visually stunning presentations. In this role, you will shape the visual direction of high-impact presentations, drive innovation in design storytelling, and ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables. **Role**:Art Director

**Job Location**: Gurgaon / Full time Office

**Work Experience**: 4-8 years of experience

**Location**: Gurgaon (WFO)

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday (2 Working Saturday per month)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring the highest level of creativity, quality, and consistency in presentation designs.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Develop compelling design narratives that simplify complex information and enhance audience engagement.
- **Design Strategy**: Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into impactful visual experiences.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all presentation materials align with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across different projects.
- **Innovation & Trends**: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to push the boundaries of presentation design.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to conceptualize and refine creative ideas that align with their business goals.
- **Project Management**: Oversee multiple design projects, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- **Motion & Interactive Elements**: Guide the integration of animations, transitions, and multimedia to elevate static presentations.
- **Team Development**: Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the design team.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 6+ years of experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, or presentation design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- **Design Expertise**: Mastery of PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides, along with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- **Storytelling & Concept Development**: Ability to craft narratives that translate data and ideas into visually engaging presentations.
- **Motion Graphics**: Familiarity with After Effects or motion tools for creating dynamic presentations is a plus.
- **Typography & Layout Skills**: Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, and visual balance in slide design.
- **Client & Stakeholder Management**: Ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively to both internal teams and clients.
- **Trend Awareness**: Passion for staying updated on design trends, UI/UX principles, and emerging presentation technologies.
- **Leadership & Mentorship**: Experience in guiding, mentoring, and inspiring a team of designers.
