- Act as the first point of contact for external vendors and guests, guiding them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all visitors and calls, ensuring adherence to security and access protocols.
- Provide assistance to colleagues when required and take on additional responsibilities to support smooth office functioning.
