People Ops Generalist

We are searching for a motivated and adaptable People Ops Generalist to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This pivotal role will be crucial in maintaining strong connections between our teams in the USA and India, ensuring effective communication and seamless operations across various time zones. As a People Ops Generalist, you will serve as a key bridge between our teams in the USA and India. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee well-being, and ensuring streamlined and compliant HR processes. In this role, you'll collaborate effectively with both teams, acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters. Your insights will be invaluable in optimizing our people operations. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in a similar People Ops or HR Generalist role. - Strong grasp of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in India. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. - Excellent cross-cultural communication abilities due to close collaboration with teams in different locations. - Proficiency in using HR software and tools. - Detail-oriented nature with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Exhibit a high level of integrity and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. - Positive attitude, adaptability, and a deep commitment to fostering a positive work culture. **Responsibilities** - Act as the primary liaison between our teams in the USA and India, managing communication and information flow across different time zones (IST and CST). - Assist in recruitment efforts, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the interview process. - Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees. - Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. - Contribute to performance management activities, including facilitating performance reviews and feedback discussions. - Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives, programs, and policies aligned with the company's values and goals. - Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. - Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and addressing queries. - Play an active role in organizing engaging employee events and team-building activities. - Monitor employee well-being and provide support through appropriate channels. - Continuously improve HR processes and practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness. **Location** Hyderabad, India (onsite) **Time Zone Requirement** **Benefits** - Health, vision, and dental benefits. - $1,500 equipment/home office allowance.* - 401k company match-up plan.* - Free Credit Monitoring.* - Unlimited PTO.
