**About the role**

**Name of the position**:Sub-system designer

**Educational Qualification**:Graduate or PG in Mechanical/automobile engineering

**Position Description**:Design of engine layout and subsystems parts including transmission housing, bearings, gears and cooling system

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on experience in engine component /subsystem part design or Casting die design
- Hands-on experience in parts design calculation and Mathcad for parts and subsystem design
- Ability to work on Creo 3D Model, FEA, Z tolerance & Interface check
- Hands-on expereince in DFMEA, DFM, DFA and DFX tools
- Hands-on experience on the casting / plastic parts manufacturing process
- Identify and use suitable materials and measurement techniques for part functions Maintain documentation and records on the products and write detailed reports
