**Job Title**: Import Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Management**: Oversee and manage air and sea LCL shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- **Documentation Preparation**: Prepare Letters of Credit (LC) and Purchase Orders (PO) to facilitate smooth transactions.
- **Freight Coordination**: Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines to obtain and negotiate freight rates.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Follow up with suppliers to arrange shipments and provide vessel schedules.
- **Customs Clearance**: Collaborate with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure timely clearance of goods.
- **Financial Coordination**: Work with the accounts department to ensure timely customs duty payments and resolve any related financial queries.
- **Foreign Exchange Management**: Manage forex rate bookings through bank portals for import payments and closure of Bank/Customs B/E.
- **Bank Relations**: Engage in LEI and other bank-related tasks to facilitate import processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in import/export operations or logistics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import documentation..
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
