Front Desk Receptionist

Key responsibilities of a front desk position:
- **Greeting and welcoming guests**: Being the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and professional greeting.
- **Check-in and check-out procedures**: Processing guest registrations, assigning rooms, collecting payment, and handling departures.
- **Answering phone calls**: Receiving and directing incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
- **Managing reservations**: Taking and confirming room reservations, updating availability.
- **Handling inquiries**: Answering questions about the facility, local area, and services.
- **Administrative tasks**: Managing mail and packages, scheduling appointments, maintaining logs and records.
- **Resolving issues**: Addressing guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Maintaining reception area**: Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
Required skills for a front desk position:
- **Excellent communication skills**: Both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- **Customer service attitude**: A genuine focus on providing positive experiences for guests.
- **Multitasking ability**: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, like answering calls while checking guests in.
- **Organizational skills**: Keeping track of details, managing schedules, and prioritizing tasks.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Identifying and addressing guest issues efficiently.
Pay: ₹9,102.12 - ₹26,284.29 per month
