This role is an integral part of the Controllership team, responsible for Accounting and Reconciliation functions. It also involves maintaining efficient & accurate revenue calculations, reporting key data to the rest of the business and assisting with ad-hoc queries from Business teams based in Swindon (UK).

**Responsibilities**
- Perform Accounting, Reconciliation and Reporting functions on day to day basis for specialized accounting processes
- Calculation of revenues within the Billing/Accounts Receivable system. Analysis to be performed to ensure the movement in revenue is consistent with calculation drivers (e.g. financial market movements)
- Involvement in projects as appropriate
- Assisting with the external audit process
- Dealing with auditors
- Other Ad-hoc tasks being distributed as appropriate

**Required Qualifications**
- MBA or Masters’ degree equivalent (Finance/Accounting) with 2-3 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong grip on MS-Excel functionalities (Vlookup, subtotals, Pivots, Sum-ifs etc) with ability to understand complex workbooks and deal with large data sets
- Knowledge of reconciliations; and ability to do them
- Ability to be accurate and show good attention to detail
- Reliable and proactive approach towards business goals
- Able to work well in a team and communicate well.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Good organizational skills - i.e. time management, ability to follow and write process documents
- Good problem solving skills
- Previous experience and/or an interest in the asset management industry
- Experience of working with auditors
