Educational Requirement:
Graduate (Law degree preferred)

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Skills Requirement:
No predefined skills necessary; however, a good understanding of legal processes and attention to detail will be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in streamlining and executing legal processes across various departments.
- Manage and organize legal documentation, contracts, agreements, and compliance records.
- Ensure company activities comply with all relevant legal regulations and policies.
- Support the senior legal team in researching and drafting legal opinions, notices, and agreements.
- Handle client-related legal matters and ensure timely follow-ups on legal actions.
- Maintain and update internal legal policies and documentation systems.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities as needed.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal department.
