**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. We help fast-growing **eCommerce and D2C brands** create **scroll stopping ads** that convert and also managing paid media for them. Some of our clients include Frido, Oziva, Mnmlst, Phool, Ambrane and more.

**The Role**:
As our **Influencer** **Marketing** **Coordinator**, you'll be the bridge between us and the amazing creators we work with. You'll be the friendly face they know and trust, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

**What You'll Do**:

- Build and nurture a fantastic database of creators we love working with
- Be the go-to person for our creators, always ready with a smile and a solution
- Explain projects to creators in a way that gets them excited and inspired
- Talk money with creators (don't worry, we'll teach you the tricks)
- Make sure creators know exactly what they need to do and when
- Keep an eye on deadlines and give friendly nudges when needed
- Help creators with all the boring paperwork stuff (we know, it's not fun, but it's important)
- Work closely with our creative team to make sure everyone's on the same page
- Also help our creative team with agency's social media page content

**You're Perfect for This Role If You**:

- 0-1 years of experience working with creators or influencers
- Are super organised and can juggle lots of tasks without dropping the ball
- Have a knack for explaining things clearly and getting people excited
- Have a passion for social media and know what's hot in the creative digital space
