**Graphic Designer - Full-Time**

**Location**: Mohali, Punjab
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
**Work Mode**: Work from Office only
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1-2 Years
**Number of Openings**: 1
**Bond**: No bond required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Visual Concepts**: Create engaging and innovative designs for websites, social media, advertisements, print materials, and other digital platforms.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity and messaging across all platforms.
- **Graphic Design**: Design and edit logos, icons, brochures, flyers, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to execute cohesive design strategies.
- **UI/UX Design**: Contribute to web and app design projects by developing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest design tools, techniques, and trends to bring fresh ideas and improvements.
- **Print Coordination**: Prepare artwork for printing and liaise with print vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality outputs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Figma** is a must.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
- Solid understanding of design principles - layout, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability and attention to visual detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing.
- Familiarity with designing social media campaigns and brand promotional materials.
