Lead Maintenance Team towards meeting organization objectives. Repairing and Troubleshooting of all machines ,Up-keeping them by implementing PM schedules, Reduction in MTTR & Increase in MTBF, Installation and commissioning of new facilities and look after complete Plant maintenance.

Daily management/Breakdown Review with Production and maintenance teams to understand the root cause of the issues and implementing Permanent Corrective actions to prevent failures.Manage Maintenance Team towards reduced MTTR Breakdowns by adhering to the Preventive/ Predictive maintenance schedules and thereby improving the MTBF.Overhauling of old mills, adding Safety interlocks to prevent accidents, Retrofitting of old Extrudes to make them run as good as new one and thus saving cost. Handling Projects and expansion by adding up new machines and facilities, Hookup utility, Mechanical and Electrical modifications. Improve Condition monitoring (example: Auto Lubrication, Current monitoring, Leveling, Pulley alignments, bearings replacement, current settings, Water treatment, Screw barrel conditions, maintaining critical parameters etc...) to have consistent Quality output.Maintaining and organizing Critical Spare Parts inventory by timely rising intends and follow up with Purchase to have the right spares in right time. Preparing contingency plan to empower production.To reduce Quality rejections by supporting Production issues and implementing Kaizens.To focus on reduction of Power & fuel cost by maintenance recommendations.To focus on modernization of process and improve overall efficiency.Target to create a World class Manufacturing Facility with reduced manual efforts by bring in Low cost automation and increased Production output with technological up-gradation.

**Salary**:
- Ø INR 8 to 15 lac Per Annum

Ø Salary no bar for right talent.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
